Requirements

Minimum $1MM in portable business (required)

7+ years of experience in patent prosecution at a top law firm

Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Physics, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science , or related field

Admitted to the USPTO and at least one state bar

Strong communication skills and ability to manage direct client relationships

Compensation is based entirely on a productivity-based model.

Partners are paid a fixed percentage of the revenue generated from their client work.
