Role

Universal Call Center Rep : are sales representatives who are trained not only to excel in selling but also to handle a wide range of customer service inquiries. They possess exceptional soft skills, including empathy and a strong desire to please customers, making them highly effective in providing both sales support and customer care.

Compensation

Earn $21.50 CAD per hour¹

Responsibilities
  • Assist the customers in understanding The Junkluggers service and schedule.
  • Handle customer interactions through various channels, including phone, email, text message and others.
  • Communicate directly with customers regarding current and future service requests, which includes but is not limited to scheduling, rescheduling, and canceling appointments
  • Quickly evaluate customer needs and provide efficient and effective options, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in handling diverse customer requests.
Gig Responsibilities / Schedule

Work a minimum of 20 hours per week. You can work more hours if you would like to do that.²

Set your own flexible schedule between Monday-Friday : 7:30am–11:00pm EST (Peak : 9:00am–4:00pm EST) Saturday : 7:30am–8:00pm EST (Peak : 7:30–8:00pm EST) Sunday : 9:00am–8:00pm EST (Peak : 11:00am–3:00pm EST)

Experience & Skills Requirements

¹ Paid $21.50 CAD per hour. Fees apply ($2.00 per hour Marketplace Licensing Fee and $1.00 LiveXchange Service Fee).

² Build your own schedule from available hours of business. You must work a minimum of 20 hours per week from Monday to Sunday (including Holidays), between 7AM and 8PM MST.
