The Trial Intake Coordinator is responsible for data entry of customer files into our ERP systems, identifying and organizing documents and uploading them into electronic client files. The Trial Intake Coordinator works to verify client eligibility and benefits. The Trial Intake Coordinator will have direct contact with our customers and will assist with guiding the customer towards the correct trial program via phone and email.
The Trial Intake Coordinator must reside in the Central Time Zone.
