Job summary
A leading service provider is hiring a Front Desk Guest Service Associate for a remote lodge near Fort Francis, ON. This role focuses on ensuring guest satisfaction, assisting with needs, booking reservations, and addressing guest issues. Previous experience in guest services and excellent customer skills are required. Rotations include 2 weeks on and 1 week off, with transportation provided from Winnipeg, MB.

Responsibilities
- Greet and provide customer service to guests while anticipating their needs.
- Book reservations and coordinate registration.
- Operates a register and/or software for transactions.
- Coordinate resolution of guest concerns.
