The PMO Supervisor, Tailings and Earthworks Construction works with a team of construction management professionals to deliver safety driven, environmentally sustainable, and consistent results in a heavy civil construction environment. Maintains direct and daily contact with contractor management and supervision. Collaborates with the contractors to establish the preferred approach to tailings dam other heavy civil construction, including tried and proven methods as well as being open to considering innovative new technologies as they become available. Collaborates internally with all groups but with a specific focus on partnering with the safety and environment groups and working towards continuous improvement. The PMO Supervisor, Tailings and Earthworks supports, coaches, trains and creates space for the tailings, mill and operations teams to be successful.
