• 10+ years of senior leadership experience within a VMS organization.
• Deep understanding of Utilities and/or Telecommunications industries preferred.
• Demonstrated success leading large, multi-functional teams (25+ employees).
• Proven track record managing $10M+ P&L and delivering sustained growth.
