Responsibilities
  • Review and process leases, purchases, service agreements, and equipment order entries
  • Bill sales transactions and track all order activity in individual Sales Representative Sales Logs
  • Process equipment pick-ups and invoice charges from various vendors
  • Ensure accurate application of sales and service promotional programs to transactions
  • Audit complete Billing Packages relevant to Service and Lease Agreements prior to invoicing
Qualifications
  • Bilingual in French and English
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative role
  • Strong mathematical skills and high attention to detail
  • Excellent time management, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in a sales administration or similar role
  • Familiarity with billing and invoicing processes
  • Ability to work overtime as needed
  • Previous experience in a remote work environment
