This role requires a highly skilled Enterprise Architect / Strategist to lead the development and implementation of technology strategies and standards across the organization. The successful candidate will analyze, design, and recommend technology policies, platforms, and solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and best practices. Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential for working with stakeholders at all levels and across various teams.

Responsibilities :

• Analyze, develop, and evaluate modernization strategies and technology direction for government-wide initiatives, recommending technology policies, standards, and guidelines.
• Identify and facilitate the creation of enterprise-wide solution development standards, policies, and guidelines to unify technologies and practices.
• Recommend and create frameworks for solution development standards and enforcement based on industry best practices.
• Identify and standardize enterprise platforms, products, and technology stacks using modular / composable architecture.
• Develop, recommend, implement, and manage IT Enterprise Architecture (EA) strategy and deliverables.
• Define and enforce standards and policies across all technology layers (channels, integrations, infrastructure, security).
• Establish governance processes to ensure compliance with standards and develop KPIs and metrics for measuring compliance and effectiveness.
• Build relationships with external partners and vendors and collaborate across business and technical teams.
• Explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and advocate for technology adoption.
• Engage stakeholders, manage projects, and prepare presentations, briefing notes, and facilitate meetings.

Required Skills & Certifications :

• Experience in developing and implementing Enterprise Architecture and standardization practices.
• Strong knowledge of application and technology architecture, including AI, ML, LLM, RAG, and modular architectures (microservices, APIs).
• Skilled in defining business capabilities, processes, and aligning IT strategy with business objectives.
• Ability to identify technology risks, streamline application landscapes, and reduce costs.
• Expertise in cloud architectures, DevOps, APIs, security, and networking.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, and negotiation skills.

Preferred Skills & Certifications :

• Familiarity with operationalizing business strategies and managing complex IT ecosystems.
