Remote Technical Success Manager – Power Platform
Job summary
A tech solutions company is seeking a Technical Account Manager to support customer adoption of their AI-enabled platform. The role involves guiding clients through configurations, removing technical barriers, and ensuring customers gain maximum value from the solutions. The ideal candidate will have familiarity with the Microsoft Power Platform, strong organizational and communication skills, and a passion for building relationships. This is a remote position open to candidates within Canada.

- Experience in Project Portfolio Management required.
- Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Background in Agile or DevOps practices is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Guide customers in adopting OnePlan and Microsoft solutions.
- Build and configure solutions using Power Platform tools.
- Manage multiple customer engagements effectively.
- Identify and clear technical or adoption roadblocks.
