Job summary
A transport company in Edmonton is seeking an experienced administrative professional for a full-time, permanent role. The position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to train staff. Candidates must have a secondary school graduation certificate and at least 7 months of experience in an administrative capacity. This position cannot be done remotely. Competitive salary of $36.10 per hour offered.

Responsibilities
- Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed.
- Carry out administrative activities of establishment.
- Co-ordinate and plan for office services like accommodation and equipment.
- Assist in the preparation of operating budget.
- Assemble data and prepare periodic reports.
- Train staff and oversee procedures.
- Resolve conflict situations.
- Monitor and evaluate processes.
- Oversee payroll administration.
