Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, schedule, and manage projects from award through close‑out.
  • Manage budgets, forecasting, change orders, and monthly cost reviews.
  • Coordinate labour, equipment, materials, and subcontractors.
  • Provide complete information packages to site teams prior to mobilization.
  • Estimate assigned bids and support estimating efforts.
  • Proactively identify, manage, and mitigate project risks.
  • Communicate clearly with clients and stakeholders.
  • Lead, coach, and manage supervisors and project administrators, including performance management.
  • Enforce health and safety policies and participate in continuous system improvement.
Qualifications
  • Experience managing construction projects and staff.
