A leading medical technology company is seeking a Distribution Associate I to manage warehouse operations, including the processing and storage of materials. This role involves receiving goods, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring compliance with established procedures. The ideal candidate will have a Secondary School diploma, and experience in logistics or distribution is a plus. This position offers a competitive salary of $42,400 - $56,500 plus bonuses and benefits, with a work schedule from Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
Shift: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM (flexible)
Location: 2 Medicorum Place, Waterdown, ON
Contract Term: 6 months
The Distribution Associate I administers and operates the organization's warehouses, including processing, packaging and storage of supplies, materials and equipment. The core responsibilities of a Distribution Associate I include receiving, restocking, picking, packing, and auditing of products. Additionally, the Associate accounts for all materials and supplies in the store’s facilities; audits goods received into warehouse and oversees receipt, storage and shipment of materials, and related reporting in accordance with established procedures. The Associate prepares and coordinates schedules for shipping and receiving materials to control the flow of goods and regulate warehouse space and ensures the effectiveness of operating procedures, space utilization, and maintenance and protection of facilities and equipment.
$42,400 - $56,500 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
