A leading seniors housing provider in the Niagara Region is seeking a committed Driver to provide transportation for residents. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' driving experience, a valid license, and excellent communication skills. We’re looking for aDriver. This role provides a pleasant guest
experience for Seasons residents while taking them to their appointments,
shopping and outings.
- Assist Seasons residents as required
- Transport residents to and from their destinations while meeting established timelines
- Establish a positive rapport with all travelers
- Work safely to reduce injury to self, residents and coworkers
- Maintain safety and cleanliness of the vehicle
- Communicate any issues to the supervisor in a timely manner
- All other duties as assigned
- Covid-19 vaccination is mandatory
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong ability to problem solve and handle difficult situations
- Ability to practice good judgement
- Carries professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to relate to seniors in a cooperative, understanding and courteous manner
- Completion of Grade 12 education or equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience driving and operating a vehicle.
- Class 5 License (AB) or Valid G License (ON) with proof of a Clean Drivers Abstract
