Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive finance experience, including 7+ years leading FP&A teams.
• Proven track record of delivering executive decision support.
• Ability to obtain and retain Transportation Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic planning and direct the full financial planning cycle.
• Serve as the primary finance partner to operational leaders and business unit VPs.
• Drive investment analysis and support effective decision-making.
• Elevate management reporting and develop executive dashboards.
• Champion process excellence and oversee month-end close processes.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team of Finance Managers and Analysts.
