The Director, Business Finance, Planning and Analytics is a critical senior finance leadership role that anchors the financial partnership for designated Business Units and corporate functions. This role exists to elevate the standard of financial planning, forecasting, and decision support across the enterprise. You will be tasked with leading a transformation, moving the team from manual, transactional reporting toward standardized, insight‑driven advisory. You will establish a single source of truth for performance drivers, strengthen the critical actuals‑to‑forecast feedback loop, and ensure all narratives presented to the executive team and the Board are robust and ready for decision‑making. This position is about providing clarity, challenging assumptions, and driving value realization across the organization.
