What to Expect

• Manage the CEO's schedule, meetings, and priorities efficiently
• Prioritize and draft warm, clear, and discreet communications
• Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics
• Prepare agendas, notes, and follow-ups to ensure productive meetings
• Act as a liaison between the CEO and staff, board members, and the community

What is Required

• Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting senior leaders in fast-paced environments
• Expertise in complex scheduling and calendar management
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
