What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Convert global and regionalized phishing and social engineering threats into effective training content
- Own and curate the phishing and social engineering content portfolio, ensuring it meets product requirements
- Accelerate the expansion of the global phishing content library and perform trend analysis for reporting
- Collaborate with the Principal Researcher to achieve unified Security Awareness and Human Risk Management outcomes
- Translate technical cybersecurity research into actionable learning scenarios for nontechnical users
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Experience analyzing, tracking, and defending against phishing attacks
- Proven organizational and project management skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in HTML and CSS
- Experience managing a phishing simulation service and reporting results
- Social engineering experience, including coursework, training, or certifications
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Human Computer Interaction (HCI) and insider threat analysis
- Background in User Entity Behavior Analytical (UEBA) methodologies
- Experience in creating content and messaging for educational purposes
- eLearning design and development experience
