Job summary
A staffing solutions company is expanding and seeking a Bilingual Personnel Consultant to work from home. The candidate should be fluent in both French and English and possess a strong sense of urgency and customer service orientation. Responsibilities include meeting financial targets, conducting interviews, and maintaining client relationships. Relevant experience in staffing and a proven sales record are preferred.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of previous staffing industry experience preferred.
- Ability to work efficiently without supervision.
- Proven track record of successfully closing sales.
Responsibilities
- Meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial targets.
- Conduct interviews daily.
- Maintaining good client rapport by presenting suitable candidates.

Due to expansion, we are looking for a Bilingual Personnel Consultant (work-from-home) to join our dynamic team.
- Meet monthly / quarterly and yearly financial targets by researching, sourcing and screening resumes for various positions
- Pre-qualifying applicants
- Conducting interviews daily
- Maintaining good client rapport by presenting suitable candidates for current openings
- Ongoing follow up with clients and candidates on open orders
- Ensuring paperwork is signed and in order
- Utilizing various online tools to find candidates
- Upselling to current clients when necessary
- Any other duties as required
- Fluently Bilingual in both French and English
- Post-Secondary Education
- 1-2 years of previous staffing industry experience preferred
- Strong sense of urgency
- Customer service oriented
- Ability to work efficiently without supervision
- Proven track record of successfully closing sales
