Due to expansion, we are looking for a Bilingual Personnel Consultant (work-from-home) to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities
  • Meet monthly / quarterly and yearly financial targets by researching, sourcing and screening resumes for various positions
  • Pre-qualifying applicants
  • Conducting interviews daily
  • Maintaining good client rapport by presenting suitable candidates for current openings
  • Ongoing follow up with clients and candidates on open orders
  • Ensuring paperwork is signed and in order
  • Utilizing various online tools to find candidates
  • Upselling to current clients when necessary
  • Any other duties as required
Qualifications
  • Fluently Bilingual in both French and English
  • Post-Secondary Education
  • 1-2 years of previous staffing industry experience preferred
  • Strong sense of urgency
  • Customer service oriented
  • Ability to work efficiently without supervision
  • Proven track record of successfully closing sales
