A leading benefits consulting firm is seeking a Benefits Consultant to drive revenue growth and maintain client relationships. The ideal candidate has significant B2B sales experience, particularly in benefits consulting, and is passionate about building effective client relationships. This role offers an array of benefits including flexible work arrangements and professional development support.
As a member of our Benefits and HR consulting team, you’ll help our clients -- employers of all sizes, across all industries to build workplaces that work better. We are looking for a Benefits Consultant with the character and personality to work with an accomplished team of personable and motivated individuals. Our Benefits Consultants are responsible for driving revenue growth by building and maintaining valuable relationships with prospects and clients through consulting with clients in the area of employee benefits.
