A leading energy distribution company in Calgary, Alberta, is seeking an Administrative Coordinator. This role supports operational functions while ensuring regulatory compliance and efficient fleet management. Candidates should possess strong administrative skills, a background in compliance, and familiarity with the energy sector. The position primarily allows remote work but requires some on-site presence for training and monitoring.
Salary : $55,000 - $65,000 depending on experience

The Administrative Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting Borealis day-to-day operations and long-term growth objectives. This position combines administrative, compliance, and fleet management functions, requiring a motivated, detail-oriented individual with strong communication skills and a willingness to adapt in a fast-growing environment. Working closely with branch teams, corporate operations, and leadership, the Compliance & Operations Administrator ensures operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and a high level of customer service.
