A global company is seeking a tech-savvy Executive Assistant / Chief of Staff Support to manage calendars and assist with HR and operational tasks. Responsibilities include supporting onboarding, managing confidential information, and aiding in financial reporting. The ideal candidate has experience with Google Suite and is adaptable to new software. Excellent communication skills are essential in this remote role.
Location: Remote (PH | Global)
Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST (7:00 AM - 4:00 PM CST flexible)
Salary: $1,500 - $1,800/month
About The Role Our client is seeking a tech-savvy, detail-oriented Executive Assistant/Operations & HR Support to work directly with the Chief of Staff/Director of Operations. This role goes beyond standard EA duties and combines executive support, project coordination, HR administration, and light financial reporting. The ideal candidate is comfortable handling confidential information, can manage multiple tasks, and quickly adapts to new software platforms such as Monday.com, Google Suite, and Canva.
