We’re scaling quickly and building a brand that blends storytelling, utility, and a deep love for the water. To help us get there, we’re looking for a talented Copywriter who can bring clarity, creativity, and consistency across every customer touchpoint.

About the Role

As a Copywriter at Boatsetter, you’ll craft messaging that engages, informs, and inspires our community across a wide variety of channels. You’ll partner closely with marketing, product, and design teams to make sure our voice comes through in every interaction.

Responsibilities
  • Write and edit copy for email, SMS, push, social, digital ads, landing pages, and in-product messaging.
  • Ensure consistency of brand voice, tone, and messaging across all touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with designers, marketers, and product managers to concept and execute campaigns that drive engagement and conversions.
  • Translate strategic goals into sharp, compelling, and customer-friendly language.
  • Conduct light research and adapt messaging for different audiences and contexts.
  • Iterate quickly based on data, testing, and feedback.
Requirements
  • 3–5 years of professional copywriting experience (in-house, agency, or freelance).
  • Strong portfolio showing work across digital channels (email, ads, social, notifications, etc.).
  • Ability to shift tone and style depending on the medium and audience.
  • Excellent editing and proofreading skills, with strong attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative, and remote-first environment.
  • Passion for outdoor adventure, lifestyle brands, or travel a plus.
