Executive Assistant / Chief of Staff Support

Location: Remote (PH | Global)

Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST (7:00 AM - 4:00 PM CST flexible)

Salary: $1,500 - $1,800/month

About The Role Our client is seeking a tech-savvy, detail-oriented Executive Assistant/Operations & HR Support to work directly with the Chief of Staff/Director of Operations. This role goes beyond standard EA duties and combines executive support, project coordination, HR administration, and light financial reporting. The ideal candidate is comfortable handling confidential information, can manage multiple tasks, and quickly adapts to new software platforms such as Monday.com, Google Suite, and Canva.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the Chief of Staff’s calendar, meetings, and professional correspondence.
  • Serve as a gatekeeper for incoming requests and prioritize actionable items.
  • Support HR administration, including onboarding/offboarding, tracking employee documentation, and maintaining confidential employee records.
  • Assist with base-level financial reporting and expense tracking.
  • Document and file management: update SOPs, operational documents, and playbooks; ensure restricted access to sensitive files.
  • Assist with project/task coordination, including tracking company goals (EOS rocks) and operational workflows.
  • Occasionally update templates in Canva and support internal communications.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Proficiency in Google Suite; bonus for Canva and similar platforms.
  • Tech-savvy, adaptable to new software (Monday.com, Asana, CRMs).
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proven experience handling confidential information responsibly.
  • Prior experience as an EA, VA, or operations coordinator preferred.
  • Mid-level experience with CRMs; proficiency with data entry, reporting, and project management tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
