A leading service provider is hiring a Front Desk Guest Service Associate for a remote lodge near Fort Francis, ON. Previous cash handling experience preferred.
Demonstrates excellent customer service skills.

Responsabilités
Greet and provide customer service to guests.
Supply guests with directions and travel information.
Book reservations and coordinate registration.
Operate a register to complete transactions.
Answer phone calls and deliver messages as needed.
Maintain excellent customer service and a positive attitude.
Coordinate resolution of guest concerns.
