As a Workspace Solution Architect, you will lead the design, deployment, and optimization of enterprise Google Workspace solutions, ensuring seamless adoption and measurable business impact. You will guide clients through the full customer lifecycle, from pre‑sales solutioning and technical demonstrations to post‑sales implementation and consulting. This role blends deep technical expertise with strategic consulting, allowing you to influence enterprise digital transformation while collaborating with internal teams and partner ecosystems. You will be responsible for architecting large‑scale Workspace deployments, integrating third‑party solutions, and mentoring team members to drive operational excellence. The position offers the opportunity to shape digital workplace strategies for diverse enterprise clients while contributing to innovation and thought leadership in the Google Workspace ecosystem.

Accountabilities
  • Lead pre‑sales engagements, crafting tailored Google Workspace solution architectures that integrate with enterprise systems and ISV solutions.
  • Partner with sales and delivery teams to scope, estimate, and validate technical solutions for large‑scale deployments.
  • Oversee post‑sales implementation, including platform migrations, technical strategy, and adoption initiatives.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert, developing new service offerings and co‑creating solutions with partner ecosystems.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to technical teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and high‑quality delivery.
  • Produce thought leadership content and advise clients on multi‑year digital workplace roadmaps.
Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in IT consulting or technical architecture, including 5+ years in enterprise Google Workspace solutions.
  • Deep expertise in Google Workspace deployment, data migration, security configuration, and integration with third‑party solutions.
  • Proven ability to engage and influence executive stakeholders (CIO, CTO, CISO) and align technology with business strategy.
  • Strong pre‑sales skills, including technical demonstrations, objection handling, and solution scoping.
  • In‑depth knowledge of technology partner ecosystems and ISV solution integration.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, negotiation, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Certifications: Required – Google Cloud Professional Collaboration Engineer; Highly desired – Professional Cloud Security Engineer.
