A leading AI technology firm in Canada is looking for a Principal Customer Success Engineer to ensure the success of strategic customers. This senior role involves technical leadership, customer advocacy, and mentoring the support team. Candidates should have extensive experience in AI technologies and excellent communication skills. The compensation range is $180,000 – $300,000, commensurate with skills and experience.

As a Principal Customer Success Engineer at Cerebras, you will play a critical hands-on role in ensuring the success of our strategic customers. You will be responsible for enabling our customers to unlock the full value of our systems and services as part of our growing Customer Success and Support team.
You will lead deep technical engagements across a portfolio of high-value accounts, guiding onboarding, integration, performance optimization, and production scaling. You’ll be the go-to technical partner for customer engineering teams, while collaborating closely with internal stakeholders in Product, Engineering, Sales, and Support.
This is a senior individual contributor role for an experienced customer-facing technologist who thrives at the intersection of Generative AI models and applications, AI infrastructure, and customer enablement.
The salary range for this position is $180,000 – $300,000 annually for the US. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors such as experience, skills, qualifications, and location.
