Job summary
A consulting firm in Canada seeks a Consulting Services Manager for Workday Absence & Time Tracking. You will lead projects, support sales, and act as a liaison between business and technical teams. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of consulting experience with Workday and relevant certifications. This role emphasizes collaboration, detail orientation, and leadership within fast-paced environments.

- 3-5 years of Workday Absence & Time Tracking Consulting implementation experience.
- Workday Absence and/or Time Tracking certification(s) required.
- Required characteristics: fast learner, detail oriented, decisive, and enjoy fast paced work environments.
- Possess sales engagement experience estimating and presenting to prospects.
Responsibilities
- Drive, organize and complete tasks within a project workstream to achieve project goals.
- Support the RFP response and pursuit process for Consulting work.
- Guide customers through facilitated design sessions and configuration decisions based on best practices.
