  • System Administration and Infrastructure Enhancement: Carry out the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of IAM systems and infrastructure components under guidance. Support the implementation of new features and updates through the organization's CI/CD pipeline, ensuring changes align with operational objectives and minimize disruption.
  • Documentation and Knowledge Management: Maintain accurate documentation of IAM processes, access control configurations, system changes, and operational procedures as assigned. Ensure documentation is kept up-to-date and accessible to relevant stakeholders for audit and training needs.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration and End-User Enablement: Collaborate with application, infrastructure, and cybersecurity teams to support the integration of access controls into enterprise systems. Provide training and guidance to end-users and technical teams on IAM protocols, tools, and best practices to encourage secure and efficient access management.
