As a People Operations Analyst, you\'ll be at the heart of our People Experience function—driving impact across the full employee lifecycle, from pre-onboarding to post-exit.
This role is where the employee experience and systems meet. The People Operations Analyst will play a pivotal role in enhancing our People Experience while collaborating on technology, data management, and analytics that fuel smarter decisions.
We’re a hybrid team that thrives on the energy and value of in-office collaboration. The expectation is 2 days a week in Cambridge with travel to Toronto as needed for meetings and events.
