A health services company in Montreal is seeking an Operational Excellence Coordinator to provide administrative support to its Team Leads. The role involves coordinating with HR for staffing matters, maintaining employee documentation, and assisting with team engagement activities. Candidates should be bilingual in French and English and preferably pursuing a Bachelor's degree in a mental health-related field. This full-time role emphasizes strong communication, organizational skills, and collaboration within the team.
Reporting to Maud Grillet, Sr. Manager Operational Excellence (MH & EAP), the mission of the Operational Excellence Coordinator is to provide administrative support to Dialogue’s Team Leads for the Mental Health and Employee Assistance Program teams.
Tasks include coordinating with Dialogue’s Scheduling and Human Resources team to assist with team-wide communications, supporting staffing, managing profiles and being a point of contact for administrative-related support.
Operational Excellence Coordinator will also be responsible for supporting Dialogue’s Team Leads with team-wide engagement and recognition activities.
Please note that as we serve customers across Canada, bilingualism is essential for this position. You may be required to communicate in French and English.
