Reporting to the Project Lead, the Data Analyst’s mission is to provide insights to transformation managers to guide roadmap decisions and identify opportunities for ServiceOS.
Today, Dialogue’s care delivery model relies heavily on manual coordination, with people orchestrating a large part of the care journey. This stems from choices made during our growth phase, when speed and MVPs were prioritized. The ServiceOS team is being created to build Dialogue’s operating system and transition from manual coordination and member wait times to technology driven processes that enable a direct‑to‑care model.
