Job summary
A leading financial services firm in Halifax is seeking a Training and Development Specialist to train new hires and provide product knowledge in Health & Dental, Travel, and Life Insurance. This role requires bilingual communication in English and French, excellent presentation skills, and strong organizational abilities. Responsibilities include training facilitation, content creation, and collaboration with various partners. The position offers a hybrid working arrangement and a salary range of $51,375.00 - $85,625.00 CAD, along with comprehensive benefits.

- Facilitate new hire training intakes throughout the year.
