Qualifications

  • 2+ years of sales experience in Home and Auto insurance.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas.
  • Strong negotiation skills with carriers.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve acceptable closing ratio as determined by MPCS.
  • Prepare applications, negotiate coverage and pricing with carriers.
  • Perform final quotation review and coverage selection.
  • Work closely with underwriters to ensure coverage is accurate.
  • Cross-sell additional lines of Insurance to existing clients.
  • Analyze, counsel and recommend coverage to clients.

Job Type : Full time - Permanent

Compensation : Up to $50K + Bonus + Full Benefits

We would love to see you on-board if :

  • You have a RIBO License
  • You have more than 2 years of sales experience in Home and Auto insurance
  • You have always exceeded sales quota
  • You have experience using Agency Manager (TAM)
  • You can convince anybody with your strong verbal and written communication skills

As a Insurance Sales Executive, you will be required to :
