Job summary
A global defense and security firm in Fredericton is seeking a Training Coordinating Specialist to manage training solutions for employees and the Canadian Forces. This role involves coordinating course planning, delivering training, and acting as a Product Owner for learning materials. Candidates should have a background in educational administration, experience in Agile project environments, and strong instructional design skills. The position offers a hybrid work model and competitive salary between $80,000 - $115,000 CAD annually.
