Education Specialist (Fluent in French) – Freelance AI Trainer Project

Location: Canada (Remote)

Overview: As an Education Specialist, you will collaborate with large‑scale language models to enhance AI’s educational capabilities. You’ll evaluate and refine the model’s responses on curriculum design, instructional strategies, assessment, and multilingual education.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with the AI model in English and French on real‑world educational scenarios and theoretical questions.
  • Verify pedagogical soundness and factual accuracy of model outputs.
  • Document error traces and failure modes to guide prompt engineering and evaluation metrics improvement.
  • Provide feedback on lesson planning, differentiated instruction, learning standards, student engagement, bilingual education, teacher training, and formative/summative evaluation.
  • Maintain clear, metacognitive communication (“showing your work”) throughout interactions.
Qualifications
  • Master’s degree in education, instructional design, educational psychology, or closely related field.
  • Fluency in French and experience in French‑speaking education systems.
  • Background in curriculum development, instructional design, pedagogy, assessment strategies, educational psychology, classroom technology, and inclusive teaching.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to articulate complex ideas in written and verbal form.
  • Experience with both traditional and digital learning environments.
Compensation & Benefits

Contract role; pay range $8–$65 per hour based on experience, expertise, and geography. Contractor must provide secure computer and high‑speed internet. No company‑sponsored benefits (health insurance, PTO).
