We will count on you to :
Ensure timely and accurate production / processing of relevant documents / information (includes report preparation).
Contribute to achievement of Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and business objectives.
Adhere to Company policies and performance standards.
Update reports based on predefined templates regularly to ensure accurate entry.
Maintain a basic understanding of the core aspects of relevant Insurance and related legislation.
