Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Approve requisitions and manage job postings on various platforms.
  • Screen resumes using the ATS to identify suitable candidates.
  • Interview shortlisted candidates and make recommendations to hiring managers.
  • Support remote and priority recruitment initiatives.
  • Provide training on ATS to new hiring managers and assist throughout the candidate lifecycle.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of hiring fairs and local events.
