Job summary
A local government organization is seeking a Community Planning representative in Burlington. - Minimum of one (1) year of experience reading and interpreting development, site, and grading plans.
- Working knowledge of planning, zoning, grading and drainage principles for low density residential development.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer experience matters.
- Respond to public inquiries using planning knowledge and technical expertise.
- Engage and provide advice on zoning matters and planning applications.
- Review technical documents to ensure completeness of applications.
- Coordinate the intake and processing of development applications.
