Job summary

A leading propane distribution company is seeking a full-time Class 1 AZ Propane Delivery Driver in Blyth, Ontario. In this role, you will work closely with the Dispatch team to safely deliver propane to our residential and commercial customers. Candidates must possess a valid Class 1 AZ license and have a minimum of 3 years of commercial driving experience. This position requires adherence to safety regulations and the ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial driving experience is required.
• Clean CVOR/personal driving record within company standards.
• Must be able to perform physical demands of loading/unloading propane.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload truck with propane while adhering to all regulations.
• Work with dispatch to develop routes based on geography and customer needs.
• Deliver product safely to residential and commercial customers.
• Complete daily pretrip/post trip inspections and required paperwork.
• Report potential hazards to dispatch.

Job Summary: Class 1 AZ Propane Delivery Driver, you will work with our Dispatch team to deliver product safely to our residential and commercial customers. Your goal will be to provide a meaningful and essential service to our Avenir Energy customers in a safety focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload truck with propane, adhering to all Company and Governmental regulations.
• Work with our dispatch teams to develop routes using your knowledge of geography, and the needs of our customers.
• Deliver product to both our residential and commercial customers in a safe and efficient manner.
• Complete daily pretrip/post trip inspections and all other paperwork required.
• Report any potential hazards to dispatch.
• Ensure compliance with all company and government policies and regulations.
• Actively participate in team meetings and discussions.
• Work schedule will vary - need willingness to occasionally work evenings and/or weekends.
• Other duties as required by supervisor.

Qualifications

• Valid Class 1 AZ Commercial Driver’s license
• Minimum 3 years of commercial driving experience
• Clean CVOR / personal driving record within Company standards.
• Able to perform the physical demands of loading and unloading propane.
• Experience delivering propane is required.

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of propane considered an asset.
