This position involves delivering orders and amenities to guest rooms.

1. Monitor guests' needs continually, ensuring all requests are promptly fulfilled.
2. Perform side work, including stocking and folding linens, and restocking items for cleaning as needed. Ensure supervisor approval before leaving side work.
3. Work as part of a team to deliver excellent guest service.
4. Perform floor sweeps, clear trays and carts from corridors and landings.
5. Assist with banquet functions when required.
6. Service guests by answering questions, knowing the room service menu and wine list, and making menu suggestions.
7. Maintain sanitation standards.
8. Maintain knowledge of property information, including memorabilia.
9. Deliver food promptly and meet or exceed service standards.
10. Maintain professional grooming and a positive image.

• High School diploma or GED; experience preferred but training will be provided.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
• Basic math skills and attention to detail.
• Professional, energetic, and excellent interpersonal communication skills.

Mandatory compliance training within 30 days of hire, including courses on active shooter awareness, counterfeit currency prevention, safety, responsible gaming, Title 31, PCI credit card fraud prevention, sexual harassment, and Title 26 & Form 8300.

Physical demands include standing, walking, lifting, pushing, and pulling, with environmental conditions varying from extreme cold to heat, humidity, noise, and cigarette smoke. The physical effort required is classified as heavy work.
