Job summary
DAE-JI RESTAURANT seeks full-time Cooks to prepare and cook meals, manage kitchen operations, and oversee food inventory. Ideal candidates should have 2-3 years of commercial cooking experience and be able to work in a team environment. This permanent position offers a competitive hourly wage based on experience.

- 2-3 years of commercial cooking experience required.
- Ability to oversee kitchen operations and train staff.

- Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes.

Position Info:
· Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
· Wage: $19.00 ~ $2100/hour (depending on Experience)
· Number of Positions: 3
· Work Location: 128 – 1153 The High Street, Coquitlam, BC V3B 0G2
Job Duties:
· Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
· Oversee kitchen operations
· Keep inventory and records of foods, supplies, and equipment
· Clean kitchen and work areas
· May participate in hiring and training kitchen staff members
· May participate in planning new menus, determining size of food portions, estimating food requirements and cost, and purchasing supplies when required
Job requirements:
· Experience: 2~3 years of commercial cooking experience are required
· Education: Completion of secondary school is required
