We are seeking a skilled Senior MS Power Platform Developer to join our team and drive the design and development of business solutions using Microsoft's Power Platform suite, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, Azure AI Studio, and Microsoft RPA.
• Develop advanced custom business applications, automated workflows, and processes.
• Lead data analysis and create insightful dashboards and reports.
• Collate, analyze, and document business requirements to support projects.
• Coordinate and manage business and technical meetings with stakeholders.
• Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
• Provide architectural input to ensure supportability, reliability, and maintainability of solutions.
• Mentor junior developers and lead code reviews.
• Stay updated with the latest Power Platform features and share knowledge within the team.
• Identify and resolve technical issues promptly.
• Optimize applications for maximum performance and scalability.
• Ensure security best practices in all solutions.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Microsoft certifications (MS Azure, Power Platform, D365, and AI) are highly desired.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in software development.
• At least 4 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform.
• Proven track record of delivering complex Power Platform projects.
Technical Expertise:
• Proficiency in Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, Azure AI Studio, and Co-Pilot Studio.
• Experience with programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, C#, or .NET.
• Familiarity with Azure services is a plus.
• Strong understanding of relational databases and data modeling.

The determination of this range includes various factors including but not limited to skill set level, geographic market, experience and training, and licensure and certification. A reasonable estimate of the current range in British Columbia is $75,000 - $150,000.
