1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers and backend developers, to translate business requirements into technical specifications and develop innovative front-end solutions
2. Manage the full development lifecycle, from scoping and planning to implementation, testing, documentation, delivery, and maintenance
3. Develop high-quality, reusable code using React, Next.js, TypeScript, and other related technologies
4. Ensure code quality and adherence to programming fundamentals, including principles of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), SOLID (where applicable), Clean Code practices, and relevant design patterns
5. Collaborate with the team to establish and maintain best practices for front-end development, including coding standards, testing strategies, and architectural patterns
6. Utilize build tools such as Webpack and package managers like npm to optimize the development process
7. Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies and nominate / incorporate them into the development process where applicable

1. Strong understanding of design (UI / UX) principles and the ability to create visually appealing, component-based user interfaces
2. Familiarity with Tailwind CSS or similar CSS frameworks for efficient styling
3. Proficiency in build tools (e.g., Webpack) and package managers (e.g., npm) to streamline development workflows
4. Experience with tools such as Sentry for error tracking, Storybook for component development and other relevant technologies to ensure high-quality and maintainable front-end code
5. Familiarity with testing fundamentals and Playwright or similar technologies to manage end-to-end, compatibility and automation testing
6. 8+ years of experience with proven high delivery efficiency

• Knowledge and experience in : blockchain, Node.js, Express, Socket.IO / WebSockets, PWA, C#, .NET, ASP.Net Core, Docker, AWS, and CI / CD
