Finance Analyst jobs in United States

East Side Games is looking for an Accountant to join our Finance team!

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Maintaining accounts receivables and payables, including handling AP Processing, vendor and contractor clean-up and relations;
• Reconciliation of general ledger (GL) accounts, preparing and entering GL entries and maintaining records of those accounts;
• Prepare timely and accurate corporate credit card and bank reconciliations;
• Assist with weekly cash flow reporting and analysis;
• Assist with the month end process (i.e prepare monthly revenue reports and balance sheet schedules, post and reconcile revenue invoices);
• Assist with Assistant Controller and CFO with FP&A activities such as consolidation of entity-level reporting, budgeting, and quarterly forecasting and projections;
• Assist with the annual financial audit process;
• Assist with ad-hoc reporting for various departments as needed.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance/related designation;
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in an accounting role, ideally with both AR/AP experience;
• Studying towards a CPA/accounting designation;
• Accuracy, attention to detail and ability to work independently and with a team;
• Good time management and can juggle multiple priorities;
• Ability to work with large datasets;
• Experience with Netsuite Accounting Software;
• Experience with Quickbooks/Advanced excel skills/Macros/SQL;
• Self motivated and self directed;
• Willingness to learn, adaptable and flexible;
• Strong interpersonal communication skills.

Compensation Range: $60K-$75K CAD per annum. Salary is determined by experience, skills, and capabilities.
