About the Opportunity
  • Maintain accurate and complete financial records in accordance with accounting standards and company policies.
  • Assist in the preparation of key financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Conduct financial analyses to identify trends, variances, and areas for process or cost improvement.
  • Perform regular reconciliations of accounts related to assets, liabilities, and other financial transactions.
  • Support budgeting and forecasting activities by analyzing financial data and providing relevant insights.
  • Assist with tax preparation and filings, ensuring compliance with applicable regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare audit documentation and provide support during internal and external audits.
  • Collaborate with Finance and Operations teams on the implementation and optimization of a new ERP system.
About You
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline (required).
  • Technical Skills: Solid understanding of accounting principles; proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly advanced Excel functions and data management tools.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently while contributing effectively to team goals.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present financial information clearly and engage professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
Salary Range

$80,000 - $90,000 / year
