Position Summary

As the Senior Finance Analyst, FP&A you will play a key role in supporting strategic decision-making by analyzing financial data, developing financial models, and preparing forecasts. This role collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to provide insights into business performance.

• Lead the streamlining, automation and maintenance of all our FP&A models related to period end, quarterly forecast and annual operating plan. Ensure data accuracy and integrity for all financial statements including cash flow, bank covenants and balance sheet.
• Lead the modeling and scenario planning for 3-year Strategic planning process.
• Work with cross functional teams to provide insights into business drivers for period end, forecasting and annual operating plan.

• Bachelor\'s Degree (business, finance or accounting specialization preferred).
• 2-3 years of experience in financial analysis, with a proven track record in budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, ideally at a consumer-packaged goods company or retailer.
• FP&A experience preferred.
• Excellent financial modeling and analytics skills.
• Experience identifying trends and insights and leveraging them to influence decision making.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Excellent planning, organizing, multitasking and time management skills.
• Ability to collaborate across teams to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
