OT Preceptor for Team-Based Care Teaching Clinic
Descripción de la vacante
A leading academic institution in Canada is seeking a part-time Occupational Therapist Preceptor to provide clinical instruction and mentorship in the Gateway Team-Based Care Teaching Clinic. This role requires maintaining a Clinical Faculty Appointment and will involve engagement with healthcare professionals and learners. The position offers a salary range of $80,000 - $100,000 per year for a 0.8 FTE. Candidates should possess an entry-level Occupational Therapy degree, valid registration with the CHCPBC, and experience in clinical practice and education.
Formación
- Minimum 3-5 years clinical practice experience in relevant area.
- Active registration with the College of Health and Care Professionals of British Columbia (CHCPBC).
- Experience as a clinical educator or preceptor.
Responsabilidades
- Provide clinical instruction and mentorship to learners in Occupational Therapy.
- Assess clients’ occupational performance and implement goal-directed services.
- Engage with educational resources to support client success.
