We are seeking an experienced Support Engineer II to join our dynamic IT team. This role is the first point of contact for technical support service requests within our organization. As a Support Engineer II, you will field incoming chats, calls, and online requests from employees worldwide, ensuring that each interaction is handled with customer focus and efficiency.
