Bichin Laundry Equipment is the newest commercial laundry distributor servicing all of BC, Alberta & Yukon. Our customer base includes hotels, hospitals, senior care homes, and laundromats. We are experiencing strong year-over-year growth and are looking to add a team member to strengthen our service team.

Role Description

This full-time position at Bichin Laundry Equipment, based in Surrey, BC, involves some travel. The Commercial Laundry Field Service Technician will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining commercial laundry equipment. Key duties include diagnosing issues, replacing defective parts, performing routine maintenance, and ensuring customer satisfaction through high-quality service. The technician must also keep accurate records of work and communicate effectively with customers and team members.

Qualifications

• Technical skills in electronics, including diagnosing and repairing electronic, mechanical, and electrical issues
• Experience in installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of laundry equipment
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Good organizational skills and ability to maintain accurate records
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to travel, including overnight stays
• Valid driver's license
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus
